Jason Hollingshead

President/COO

Jason deploys his over two decades experience in operations, strategy, and planning, all established from a long career, first in Naval Intelligence, and then as a Navy SEAL with over half of his career at SEAL Team 6, the nation's premier counter-terrorism unit. Jason is a highly decorated veteran, earning 7 separate awards for valorous actions in combat.  Jason served in a variety of roles ranging from planning and executing hundreds of counterterrorism missions to advising and assisting foreign diplomats and senior military leaders.  In the private sector, Jason served as a project manager in a public/private venture focused on the research and development of “over-the-horizon” futuristic technologies. 

Prior to exiting the military, Jason co-founded SOLSTCE LLC, a Boston based company that provides leadership and transition mentorship to professional sports teams, elite athletes, and corporate clients.  Jason has a B.S. in Political Science and Strategic Studies from Norwich University.  He is also a graduate of the Wharton School of Business “Vetted” Accelerated Management Program and received comprehensive graduate level business instruction in commercialization and innovation from The University of Texas School of Business in Austin.
