With his background in corporate law, finance and commercial transactions, and over a 25 year career in national and international business, import/export and commodities, Price is well placed as Non-Executive Director to assist its principals in all aspects of The Sedona Group’s decision making. After retiring in his 30’s as a corporate/finance partner, with a distinguished peer review rating, with one of the nation’s oldest corporate law firms, Price began a notable and wide-ranging business career that includes decades of experience in import/export, commodities, finance, international transactions, consulting, private equity and media. Price is a graduate of the University of Virginia, William and Mary Law School and the Sorenson Institute for Leadership. Price supports and has served on the boards of numerous educational, philanthropic and charitable organizations. He currently splits his time between Miami Beach and Los Angeles.
